What we process
We store your email address, salted password hash, account-security records, product catalogues, scan findings and repair history. If you enable two-factor authentication, its secret is encrypted at rest and recovery codes are hashed. Session and verification tokens are stored as hashes on the server. Catalogue content may contain personal information if you upload it; do not upload customer records, order data, secrets or sensitive personal data.
Why we process it
We use account information to provide the service, authenticate you, send transactional emails, prevent abuse and administer billing. The applicable legal basis depends on your jurisdiction and includes performing our contract and legitimate security interests. Marketing consent is not bundled into account creation.
Service providers and transfers
The operator’s hosting and SMTP providers process service data. Lemon Squeezy is the intended billing provider, subject to approval. Checkout is disabled and no payment-card data is collected by this application. The application is hosted by Contabo in Europe. The exact datacentre country is being confirmed with the operator. Transactional email is delivered by Brevo. International transfers, where applicable, require appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. Contact the operator for information about the safeguards applying to your data. A technical deployment is not a GDPR compliance certification.
Retention and control
Active catalogue data remains until you replace or delete it. Operational audit, completed-job and webhook records are cleaned after 90 days. Expired sessions, rate-limit counters and verification tokens are removed by the worker. You can export catalogue data and delete stores in the app. Account deletion requires billing to have expired and running scans to finish. Operator backups may retain deleted data for up to 14 days after deletion; infrastructure providers may have additional legally required retention. Billing providers retain records under their own legal obligations.
Cookies and your rights
Feed Reviewer uses a first-party session cookie for authentication and CSRF protection. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are bundled. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or transfer your personal information, and complain to a supervisory authority.
